I am a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales and have been working in finance for over 20 years. Since moving to the Netherlands in 2012 I have also qualified as an Enrolled Agent for US tax returns and become proficient in the Dutch tax system.
I have a wide range of experience within the financial field, from being a Finance Partner in private equity to a volunteer bookkeeper in the charity sector. During my career I have worked in roles that have allowed me to gain international knowledge. However, it has been my own experience of moving countries that has shaped my understanding of customer needs.
I firmly believe in customer service and do not charge ‘extra’ for initial discussions so that I can understand your needs and your business before we start working together. My approach is therefore very personal and flexible. Tax should not be worrying or confusing, I think that plain English explanations are important to enable you to feel confident about your taxes.
